Trying to print a shipping label, preview window pops up but it is blank with a broken icon in the corner....I press print and it prints a blank page. Tried to reprint label same thing...
Any ideas? Adobe is updated as well as Windows.

Try updating your web browser to the most recent possible. Or switching to another altogether. It seems to be a compatibility issue since the Pitney Bowes update.

Printed blank label May 6 (small packet int'l)
Requested via transaction on May 6 refund for a blank label
Refunded on May 25 (12 business days)
