Paypal My Account page????

I just noticed today something on the My Account page on Paypal.

You have 99999 days left to accept the new Policy Updates.
This is found just below the box with your account balances.

I don't know how long it's been there but I just noticed it this morning. According to that I have a little over 273 YEARS to accept those policy changes. Does anyone know what this is all about.
Can you please let me know soon because I'm running out of time. 273 years goes by really quickly.

I haven't noticed that but I am about to go and check. I was only in there a few minutes yesterday trying to figure out why I can't get my Ebay credit/debit card to work in Ebay. Ebay can't figure it out...guess PayPal doesnt want me getting that little bit of cash back.

It's a well kept secret. LOL

Here is the way to set up your PayPal debit card to pay your ebay fees:

You need to enter your address information in the following manner:
Billing address: your address leave a space then city
City Type: Province Code (ex.ON)
State/Province: FC
Postal Code: 00000
Country: US

It should then go through without any further problem.
