Paypal Shipping Down

Has paypal shipping been down all day for everyone or is it just me?

My shipments aren't going to go out today if it doesn't clear up during the next 30 minutes.

Maybe it's only Expedited within Canada that's down???

The rest seems to be functioning OK.

I used it today, but all my items were to US

After I posted I found that I could ship elsewhere but Canada Expedited is jammed (for me at least).

Is anyone able to purchase shipping labels via paypal for shipping within Canada?

For me it's still down.
