Paypal shipping is not working

I have just spent over 40 mins. double checking my settings, clearing stuff out and I have cancelled four postage labels, all for the same package, that I can not seem to get mailed out. I have not had a problem for a while, and this morning it came back. I am able to get as far as print the label and then that is it. No Label, not able to do a reprint.....NOTHING.

WHY??????

This is a MAJOR issue that I am experiening as well over the past few days. I am waisitng very valuable time. PayPal has changed the q's and a's on how to get through to PayPal and you can`t get a physical phone number. I had to call ebay and they are patching me through to PayPal 21mins and waiting. Are you kidding me???
