I just have to say that Telephone Customer Support is excellent. I dealt with a woman today by the name of London S. She went above and beyond to get an ongoing T&S issue straightened out for me.
I have dealt with telephone support on a number of occasions and it has always been a excellent experience.
T&S is another story though.....little band of their own!!
But I just wanted to post that there are some great support people at eBay, London being A++
