Problem with Russian 0 feedback buyers

Hi,

just two weeks ago I thought I had sold an item to a new 0 feedback buyer from the Russian federation. However, all messages went unanswered and he/she never paid. I filled out the unpaid item form and received a fee credit from Ebay. I relisted my item. Just today another 0 feedback buyer from the Russian federation hit the "buy it now" button! It's a different user, and just like the last time the account was created on the day of purchase. I sent out an invoice, but I have a feeling that it'll be the same story all over again. Does anybody know how to prevent this from happening over and over again?? Smells like some sort of a scam to me.

When you sent the invoice was the shipping for an Air Mail, Tracked service?

That cost may be high enough to make a bidder change her mind.

Do Block Russia.

In your category there are going to be too many scammers, in my opinion.

I do sell to the former USSR without problems, but mostly copies of Robert's Rules of Order. Different crowd I guess.
