Anyone having problems using the PayPal shipping tool? I've tried to send a package twice now (last night + this morning) & received the following error:
"We are currently unable to connect to Canada Post (CP). No label was generated and the funds for this transaction will be credited to your PayPal account within 24 hours. Please try again later.
PayPal Shipping is not available. We apologize for the inconvenience."
Both times I was charged for the shipping (xpresspost) but the funds will apparently be refunded to me (grrr). I had just finished successfully printing almost a dozen shipping lables but then I couldn't do any more after this one. Any chance their scheduled "maintenance" was started a few days earlier? Anyone else having problems with the shipping tool?
