I have noticed that my parcel has only 45 days to get to me before it is automatically moved (or in one case cancelled).  Also PayPal has this 45 day window to resolve disputes, which can be unreasonable in some cases.  I am a very patient person and some pkgs can take up to 3 mon to get to me(especially from China or Australia).  Wish window was extended to a longer period of time.

If you don't receive your item within 43 days file a claim with paypal.

Once 45 days pass you cannot file with paypal but if you pay with a credit card

there is a chance of filing a chargeback with them after 45 days.  ( not guaranteed though)
