Reading Post Mark on Package from China

I need to know when the package that I just received was mailed in China. I cannot see any date on the shipping label, but on the other side of the package there is, what appears to be postage sticker.

Within a 25 mm circle there are Chinese characters and this:  2016.04.15.20

Can anyone advise what those four groups of digits mean?

Wild guess: year / month / day / hour (24 hr clock).  In words: April 15 at 8pm

I agree, and that's pretty fast from Asia.

Whatever eBay might think, anything less than 30 days from Asia is prompt delivery.

And you don't have to answer that question.

Then the conclusion is that the seller reported the item shipped right away but the postmark indicated 2 weeks later.
