Received malicious feedback. No reason given. Will not respond. Received exact item within 48 hours. Any recourse??

Sent an email thanking them for their purchase & included the tracking info. within 24 hours.

 

Sent an email the next day, noting that tracking indicated the shipment had been received ~ thanked buyer again & welcomed questions or comments.

 

Logged in to leave positive feedback & noticed there was a hateful message & a big, fat NEGATIVE.

 

I've reported the buyer, but no help from Customer Service.  Contacted other sellers that received the same from this buyer & they agree this person is a scammer, unreasonable & crazy. 

 

Can ANYTHING be done??

Your buyer seems immature. Look at the way they left feedback for another seller; no spaces between words. The neg on the 11th was for a 1 cent item and the one they left you  makes no sense (you can't reason with an immature mind).

 

You could do a follow up to the feedback stating that the buyer never said there was a problem or that you have no clue what they are talking about.

 

Add this child to your blocked bidders list. You could report them for feedback manipulation since they left it so soon after they bought the item but I can't say for sure if it will be removed. It won't hurt to try.

Non paying buyers deserve unpaid item strikes.
