Sent an email thanking them for their purchase & included the tracking info. within 24 hours.
Sent an email the next day, noting that tracking indicated the shipment had been received ~ thanked buyer again & welcomed questions or comments.
Logged in to leave positive feedback & noticed there was a hateful message & a big, fat NEGATIVE.
I've reported the buyer, but no help from Customer Service. Contacted other sellers that received the same from this buyer & they agree this person is a scammer, unreasonable & crazy.
Can ANYTHING be done??
