Hi Turbo Lister Users,
A recent Windows update has caused some programs, including Turbo Lister, to crash. To sign-in to Turbo Lister before the improved Windows update is released, please follow these steps:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Open the Tools menu (this may appear as a gear icon in the top-right corner)
- Select Internet Options
- In the internet options window, click the Security tab
- Click the Custom Level button
- Scroll down until you see the option labeled, "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins"
- Below "Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins" select Disable
- Click OK
- Click Yes
Next, open Turbo Lister to complete the sign-in process. When you see the window to enter your user ID and password, you will also be shown a message that says, "One or more ActiveX controls could not be displayed…" Click OK to close this window and continue signing in.
Many websites use ActiveX controls or plug-ins, and may not display correctly with ActiveX disabled, so once you have authorized Turbo Lister successfully, return to Internet Explorer and reverse the change. This can be done easily from the Internet Explorer > Tools menu > Internet Options > Security Tab by clicking the “Default level” button.
Regards,
Draex
