Recommendations on a good listing manager software

Hello Powersellers!

I have decided Turbo is just not the program for me. We've had nothing but problems with it. It continually crashes.

I am thinking of using Spoon Feeder. Do any of you have any experience with it?

Is there any other programs you'd advice purchasing and using?

Thanks as always for your great advice.

Kyozou is a good all around inventory and auction management solution but it is costly for the individual seller. They do allow a group of sellers to create one 'corporate' account to share the load of the pricing.

Monique:

What is SMP?
What program do you use.

Thanks,

SMP = Selling Manager Pro from ebay.

Between that and Quickbooks Retail Edition, I'm able to keep everything running tickety-boo. I also use Turbo Lister, but only to store and upload listings for .ca discount listing days.

Thanks so much Monique! I'll check out SMP. Do you have problems with Turbo? It continually crashes on me. I have reinstalled it a number of times, but still it only work 1 out of 20 times I try to log on.

I've has some problems with it but it hasn't crashed. My biggest problem with it is that it is constantly un-clicking some check boxes and then the upload on that item will fail.

I have used SMP on my selling ID's for a more than two years. It is, IMO, by far the best of the management tools that I have used as it is so tightly integrated with eBay and PayPal.

I use SMP too. My only complaint is that the inventory function STILL does not integrate properly with the new SYI form.

"I also use Turbo Lister, but only to store and upload listings for .ca discount listing days."

why is that? Perhaps SMP does not display or offer discounts?

I use Blackthorne Pro. Excellent program. And, totally integrated with eBay.

Blackthorne Pro cost $25 a month, worth it to you i guess?

when you do bulk listing on discounted days, does it show the regular fee, or the discounted one?

Yes, Blackthorne Pro does cost $25.00 a month. And, well worth it for me. On *sale* days, it does not preview with the discounted fees. If you have a lot of listings that you're trying to keep track of it's a great option to use.

I'm transitioning over from SMP to Blackthorne Pro. I have to admit I LOVE IT! The only downfall I have found at the present time is the inability to automate listings.

Looks like Blackthorne Pro is the current favorite.
i have to look into what the difference is before spending $300 every year.
i love your branding, Monique; you are the only one that i recognize all the time on this board 🙂

Blackthorne is the most flexible. It has an open database that programmers can extend and use. I use for gathering shipping information and send it to Canada Posts desktop tools without having to retype and reduces errors etc.
Blackthorne is the one.

If you used paypal to ship, address would show up automatically.

We created our own listing generator and we then use SMP to list the auctions.
