Does anyone have a listing of companies that I can buy refurbished kitchen appliances?

Every city has dozens of these guys. Try the Yellow pages where you live under "Used Appliances".

Or are you looking for factroy reconditioning?

If so you might try "CAMCO" as they are an authorized repair facility for many major brands.

PS As I understand it, there are only 2 appliance companies left making all the different appliance brands that are available.

My Rotary Club was holding a Garage Sale today to raise money for the Red Cross Asia appeal.

Had I had more notice, I could have picked up a 1960's circa fridge for you for $9.99. All indications are it worked okay, but shipping would have been a brute!
