The link below has a list of countries approved for use with PayPal. Please use extreme caution if you are approached with a PayPal payment from a country not on this list.

Note: Credit card fraud is prevalent with many of the countries I am listing below. I would advise extreme caution if someone attempts to pay you via PayPal from one of these countries.

YOU know what ticks me off with paypal . You guys have huge gliches in the system . This week the hammer fell on me because of paypal gliches . I AM NOT GETTING MY PAYMENT NOTIFICATIONS , I DO NOT HAVE A AOL ACCOUNT . 2 OF THE 3 NEGS ARE DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE GLICH.

DURING NOV 1 TO THE 20TH I HAVE AT THE MOST 20 EMAILS FROM PEOPLE WHO HAVE PAID ME AND I WAS NOT EMAILED THE PAYMENT NOTIFICATION . I GOT SOME OF THE NOTIFICATIONS DURING NOV BUT NOT ALL OF THEM

TELL ME WHAT IS PAYPAL GOING TO DO ?
