Request for additional postage

Dear eBay,

I have received a request for additional postage from 6igotit. Is that a legitimate request? If so, how am I to send him additional postage when I've already paid the invoice I received through eBay?

If you've already paid the advestised postage/shipping price stated in the ad then a seller is not allowed to ask you for more money.
