A new restocking fee option drop down menu has been just introduced in the change return policy section on .ca only. The options are: No, 10%, 15% and 20%. The default is No so now as it stands if this is not adjusted in every single listing then it over rides the old manually entered fee % in the Additional return policy details field.
So we better get revising all our listings.
This reminds me of when paypal changed their site majorly once and the fields for important things reset to default with no warning.
The fiels that stung us was where you select funding source for recurring payments. It reverted to default of bank account. Well when paypal tried taking it out of our bank account, bang $37 nsf fee, then they tried again 2 days later and another $37 nsf fee. That is when we noticed.
We phoned paypal over 20 times about their costly error. in the end about 2 months later they settled on covering 50%. They never admitted it in the end.
How many sellers were burned on this? I think it was in about 2008/2009 or so.

Look what else I found. This makes matters worse. Our listings were setting themselves to NO RESTOCKING FEE unbeknownst to us LONG BEFORE they told us this. Regard. By the way, I did nothing to my photos that day.

Is really that unreasonable of me to be so upset about this?

Well it is still preventing revisions. Dot com is also affected. Dot com cannot be revised using the android app.
What is so hard about making this right?

Yes, I noticed the most recent attempt to revise the Restocking Fee, wiped all the data from Item Specifics which never fails to set my blood pressure rocketing.
