HI, we opened (non-business) eBay account using our company e-Mail, but now we lost ID and password. Is it possible to restore this information or use this e-Mail.to open the other account.

Go to Help & Contact at the top and/or bottom of each page when viewed on a desktop computer and call ebay customer Service for assistance.

Click on the Help & Contact link (at the top and bottom of this page).

Go to the Contact us section. Then select Account, then Account Access, then Forgot user ID or password and get choice of email or phone options.
