I have to return an item and EBAY have authorized this return. The vendor refuses to email me a return label and eBay has not sent me a rerurn label either. When i try and go throught the process of getting a return shipping label from PayPal my computer site does not Cooperate with the PAYPAL instructions re getting a return label. How do I ship back this item from Canada to the U.S. and get paid for the shipping costs when I am unable to print a RETURN label ? Thanks.
