Revising item condition

I have noticed listings which state NEW but I can only seem to choose new in box and used. Everything we sell is brand new but not in a box. Puzzled...

It's available if you do a bulk edit in Selling manager - "Condition" is one of the things you can edit or add, as the case may be. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Sorry, Surplus, I just noticed your reply.

Unfortunately, item condition does not seem to be an item that is revisable in bulk.

Although I can revise individually, my point is that the only choices are "used", "new in box" and a dash.

I have seen listings on .com where the item is listed as "new" without the "box" part; that is what I am trying to accomplish.
