A seller can't cancel a sale without the buyer agreeing to it.

What sort of notification did you receive?  What did it say exactly?  Is your item still showing up in your "my eBay" list of purchases?

I'm wondering if it was actually eBay that cancelled the purchase.  Can you still look up the listing by item number?

Did you pay the seller through PayPal?  The full amount US$79.95 for the item and US$ 64.50 for shipping?
