The problem is NOT with eBay's shipping calculator but with the way you list your items
For example: item 301083982328
Your description reads:
SHIPPING 12.00 TO CANADA OR THE UNITED STATES ALL OTHER COUNTRIES CONTACT ME FOR A RATE.
Yet, you have entered a flat rate to Canada of $13.00
and no rate to the USA.
If you do not use the shipping calculator, you must enter fixed shipping charges. eBay will not do it for you.
I checked some of your completed listings (mostly unsold) and you have the same problem everywhere.

Take a good look at : http://pages.ebay.ca/help/pay/shipping-costs.html
Read it again and start testing on a few listings until you get it right. Then it becomes second nature.

Are you putting in a price for the U.S. but it is just not showing up?
