SMP missing features

I just posted this in Site Issues.  Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

Some features on the  Active Listings page in My eBay suddenly disappeared last night.  It is missing the ability to sort by buyer, store category, status and time period.

Those features are still there on the other pages. 

It is a major pain because I can't bulk edit the listings I want to revise by category without checking them off one by one.

It's been a crazy glitch fest around here since last week, much worse than "normal".

My dashboard completely vanished about a week ago, then magically reappeared 2 days later.  All those levers behind all those curtains...

Your Active Listings screen will probably right itself in a few days, at least that's what eBay told me about my Dashboard and other areas that had gone wonky.  Little consolation when you're trying to get things done as a seller though.

I tried to phone eBay this afternoon and was told by a recording that eBay was experiencing an unanticipated high volume of calls.....I hardly ever call them and I get that same recording every time I do.  Another "normal" for eBay.

I didn't have time to sit and wait so hopefully it will right it self again.  It is annoying because I just came back from an extended vacation and have tons of listings to make and revise.  Maybe I should wait and clean my house instead!

Huh!

I never noticed it before but there is a tab on my Active Listings page that says 'Search'.  I clicked on it and, voila, the missing features reappeared.

I wonder how long it would have taken tech support to figure that one out.

eBay.com USA changed Selling Manager (Basic & Pro) in the past few days (?) and added tabs to the top of the Active Page for Search and Listing Recommendations. Listing reccomendation is new on Active Listing page. It was and still is on the main Selling Manager Summary page. The default seems to be Listing Recommendations. I noticed this a couple of days ago but did not realize that was your problem.

Not implemented on eBay.ca yet.

More changes by eBay for sellers that are not announced.
