There were a couple reports of this yesterday, however, it worked fine on our end after using Chrome or Internet Explorer. You may need to contact Customer Support for some basic troubleshooting on this one.

I have thsi problem for a week (!!) on IE,though not on Chrome (which not really like)

Sort,View,Format,Condition etch simply not working on  IE,it's not a problem  of just one user,but to many (looks like something on your end),please read othe posts in Site Issues section.

If you are using IE then it is probably the Compatibility View, that is that torn paper icon on the very top of the screen and to the left.

Give it one click and then try your sort and other features. Good Luck.
