Just curious how everyone made out during the Olympics.Personally I've never been much of a tv watcher but found myself rushing home to watch events I knew nothing about.Seems so did my customers.I just had the worst month since 2003,the year I started.

I had my best 1-day sales last Wednesday and I at least tied, if not broke, my weekly sales record.

But there were special conditions - one of my customers blogged about a product of mine and I got inundated.

The last 4 weeks have been the best on and off eBay. But, we had and have the right type of products for the Olympics. If we didn't have these products it might have been dismal.

Sales were great...best sales since a very very long time...but to put things in perspective, people who knit or crochet usually do it in front of the TV during the cold months so I guess they were looking for something to work on during the games.

February was a very good month. A little down compared to January and December but well above average compared to last year.

February was my second best month of the past year. November 2009 was my best month.

Sales were steady in Feb., until the last week. My sales were basically nil. I think everyone really started watching the Olympics in week 2 (hockey games especially). Noticed during the past week also, I had few watchers and not many questions.
Already this week I am back to my usual sales and listings with bids, etc.

February sales were good, second only to our January 2010 sales. Had February had as many days as January, it would have been a close finish.

Olympics means lots of television watching. This translates into lots of people sitting in front of a television with their laptops and browsing on the web.
