I was with eBay Help long distance for 27 minutes to 866 from 514. Response, "We are aware of the issue and will add yoruinfo to the file." I asked why eBay does not post a notice about the problem, so others could benefit (at my cell phone bill expense).
No satisfactory response.
I asked if they could at least email me to let me know when the problem gets fixed. Hemming and hawing, but basically, No.
I asked if it had to do with the introduction of the new Tracked Package shipping choice. Same kind of response.
