I finally have some time to list new items and I just noticed that the Seller Notes which used to be displayed under the Item Title are now included with the Item Specifics. I don't like this.
When you're selling an item that isn't new and you indicate, for instance, Mint Condition, the buyer could immediately see more detailed information that the seller has included about the condition. I don't think people are going to see this in the Item Specifics .... I think they look at the title, price and then the description.
This is happening on both .ca and .com. Yet I've checked a couple of other media sellers whose listings do show the Seller's Notes under the Title.
Anyone know anything about this?

I don't know ...... it seems to have corrected itself and the notes are again showing under the Title as well as in the Item Specifics. Actually, they may have always shown in the Item Specifics and I didn't notice. But I'm happy they still show under the Title.

They have always shown in both places (always = a very long time but not since day one).

Condition description. This shows under the listing title with first 100 characters then a more to click if longer than 100 characters. Up to 1,000 characters can be entered, plain text, no HTML. The same information also shows in full in Item Specifics first as Seller Notes. As recped stated, it has always been in both places since it was introduced years ago.

If I remember.correctly, it took a while to show in both places on .ca
mj.....the condition description box only shows up if the item is used or is new without tags which is why you probably don't see it When you list.
