Hi all,
I came across a listing with terms that I find troubling (to say the least).
The Seller has included the following in # 281264988011,
"PLEASE NOTE: THIS PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE PAYPAL & EBAY FEES"
What "Paypal and eBay fees" is this Seller talking about??
Thanks in advance for your reply/help.

The seller seems to be setting his own rules.
You are right, listings can only be sold for the advertised amount.
In addition, his neutral was for demanding a higher price than the buyer bid, without purchasing the Reserve Price option.
And given that the chesterfield would be custom built, it would be arriving well past the 45 deadline for Disputes and Claims.
There is a Report button on every listing.

However, the seller is supposed to include these fees in his asking price. They must not be an add-on.

Hi,
Thank you for all the info.
I did report that listing.
Though it appears that particular listing has now been removed that same Seller has another listing with the same demand as the previous. That other listing is #281264981562. For whatever it's worth I have also reported that one. I
hope eBay will keep an eye on that Seller's listings from now on.

It looks like most or all of their furniture listings have that statement. They also have website listed which isn't allowed here. It is possible that they do allow it in the UK but that would surprise me.

Both things are UK ebay policy violations.
