I've been using my EBay account, linked to my Paypal for quite some time now, successfully bidding and purchasing items. I posted one item without issues. When I went to post my second item, the verification page popped up, and after a struggle, got the system to verify my phone number. Now, when I try to post my item it takes me to the PayPal verification page, I accept PayPal as my account to pay from (remember I've been buying items with no problem from this same account) - next page is pretty much 'sorry cannot complete your request at this time. I have tried repeatedly! Very very frustrating! I have tried so many times my email is flooded with paypals emails verifying my acceptance! Still no go. Please help!
