I wanted to start sending my packages via paypal services with Canada post.
It works fairly well (still a bit clunky)but this week I had to send a package to Hong Kong by International surface mail. The package is a little over 27kg.
Directly through Canada post the service is available up until 30kg, but through paypal the option is not available. I wrote to paypal about this, but couldn't get an answer through their customer services so I tought that maybe through this forum I would find an explanation as to why the service is not offered.
Did they simply forgot to add the service or did they choose not to offer it?

-On a side note I have to mention the poor customer services that paypal is offering: the first person clearly didn't read or simply didn't understand the question, while the second one was patronizing and assumed that I didn't know anything about Canada post.
