Set Shipping Prices with Varitible ad listings.

I am looking for some information on how to set multiple shipping rates for the same item on an ad. We offer different sizes of the same item.

When you begin to set up a listing, the variable option should pop up and prompt you to click yes or no.

Only some categories offer variable listings.

I already have the variable listings set up and running. I am running into issues with shipping. I have it as a flat rate fee right now which is not working. I would like to change it to recognize when a user selected a 3in or 24in size.
