Setting up a Second User - questions

Instead of a store, I am thinking about setting up a second user. Here are the dumb questions...do I need a second email account for the new user (I think so) and a separate Paypal account - linked to the second email. Then I think for Paypal I will also need a second bank account.

I am going to go month to month on my current user ID. The problems with the selling limits and PayPal holds etc etc are too complicated versus the benefits. I might do a second ID sometime in the future when I have some higher value items other than postcards. Thanks again for all the comments!:-D
