how can i ship belt that packed in 6*6*4 box within canada? ship to USA i can use small packets, but CP does not offer this service for canadian address, what am i gonna do?

Get a venture one card then bite the bullet. There is no small package rate on parcils with in Canada and yes We also have to pay the GST on these parcels. I just giggle when my Canadian customers want a reduced rate because it is going to a Canadian City.
On large package we do win on the postage rate but its a killer on small packages.
It cost me $12.00 to mail a Boxed bra to BC and I mailed the same item for just under $6.00 to California
