Ship to locations on auction listing

New to this seller stuff. I wanted the ship to locations on my auction to read U.S. and Canada. I did the exclusions and kept Canada in my choices but it still doesn't show on the auction listing. How do I correct it?

Thanks for answering. That was my second question? The listing is in my seller info but did not upload to any auctions and the clock is ticking.

The shipping stuff is driving me crazy. I'd rather have "varies, contact seller" but the form keeps asking for flat rate and cost.

Where are you listing?  On eBay.ca or eBay.com?

What is the item you are trying to list? (category)

Are you listing at auction or fixed price?

The listing is on .com with just shipping to the USA

The listing went to .com as Toby says. I wanted it to go to both .ca and .com

Its an I Dream of Jeannie Barbie and its in Barbie Dolls but I'd like it under I Dream of Jeannie Barbies as well.

Its an auction.

joanne5309 I suggest you spend some time reviewing the basics of selling on eBay:

Then go to your listing

and revise it to include Canada as a shipping option.

The listing will appear in your "my eBay" if you are logged on eBay.com

However it will not appear in your "my eBay' if you are logged on eBay.ca since it does not show shipping to Canada.

As a beginner, I most strongly urge you to list on eBay.ca only

I've bought on ebay for a long time and have three Ebay for Canadians dummy books but I guess I haven't even graduated to the Dummy level. Thanks. I'll do the suggestions you mentioned.

I just tried following your link and changing the ship to location in my listing and it will not change it. It only lists U.S. in the pop down button.

You need to REVISE your listing.

By the way, once your listing is live on eBay.com, it cannot be changed to eBay.ca

You need to change the eBay.com listing and add Canada as a country you ship to and a shipping charge to Canada.
