An item I bought is showing that it shipped on October 10th, arrived at the US shipping Centre (ERLANGER, KY) on October 14th, and has just been sitting there for 4 days.
The item is shipping from the US to Canada.
Is there a problem that I should escalate, because I dont feel I should have to pay high shipping fees when there are delays like this.

When making international purchases, you have to be patient.
You know the item was shipped so you know it's on it's way.
I sure hope you do not punish the seller for the delay as they are not in control as to how long the carrier takes to get the item to you.

Maybe it has been sitting in Kentucky for four days, but more likely it is in a truck or plane on its way to you. It just hasn't been recorded anywhere.
Most shipping of lower value goods (under $250) use Delivery Confirmation not tracking. This means that once it has been delivered to your doorstep, it is marked as such. Any other recordings of the position of the parcel are more or less accidental.
It takes about 15 to 20 days for delivery from the USA. Mark October 30 on your calendar and if you don't have it by then, contact the seller.
