Shipping calculator not working for US customers.

I have edited the item several times and it still doesn't work. People will just skip my item and go on to another if the there is no shipping cost.

I checked your listing 181559857287 and it correctly shows $22.00 shipping to the USA by Canada Post Expedited service.

What is the problem, specifically?

The minimum dimensions for Expedited Parcel USA is 21 x 14 x 0.5 cm. If it is less than the minimum, you will get that message.

The minimum dimensions for Expedited Parcel Canada is 10 x 7 x 0.1 cm. So the shipping calculator will work for Canada and not the USA when you are under the USA minimum. Having Expedited Parcel Canada working and USA not is confusing in this situation.

All of your listings are showing shipping costs for the U.S. but I would suggest that if the package weight of the tail light and/or wall bracket is under 1 kg that you use small packet USA so that the shipping price is more reasonable. You won't have tracking but that rarely is a problem for inexpensive items.

You should also set up shipping costs for your overseas shipping. For inexpensive items under 2kg you could use small packet air international.

There were no errors in the listing which I would expect if I have chosen a invalid shipping.

One would think that you would be notified that something was wrong but if you enter the incorrect dimensions for a service or have the wrong service for a specific country, the calculator will not tell you about the error.
