When you go to check out there is a tab on the left side of the page that says contact seller.
Send the seller a message telling them that you can not check out and ask them to send you an invoice including shipping.

Near as I can tell, Ebay doesn't want to acknowledge there could be anything wrong with their site, so they always blame the user. I've recently been receiving the same message.
It sucks, but contact the seller, and hope, like in my case, the item isn't bought by someone else.
