Shipping to Italy via Small Packets

I'm trying to use the CPO website to get an estimate for shipping a parcel to Italy with fairly high value.

Can someone tell me why it gives me the option of buying insurance up to $1,000 for small packet shipping?

It looks like I can ship up to 1kg with insurance up to a$1,000 vis small packets.

Is that something new?  ................ or a glitch?

International Parcel Air............. is that tracked packet?

When I look at the CP calculator and figure out shipping for Italy it says not applicable next to insurance for small packet. Are you looking at International Air Parcel? That's something totally different.

Tracked packet isn't available to Italy.

Yes:  International parcel air.

It has insurance available while I believe tracked packet has only the initial $100.

Is this also available on Paypal shipping now?
