Shipping to Mexico with tracking? How?

I have a few stores that buy from us in Mexico, At the moment we are shipping using Fedex and its very expensive. Is there another method to ship to Mexico City with a tracking#? CanadaPost doesnt offer tracking 😞

Shipping with Greyhound Courier runs $40.37 from Ontario to most cities in Mexico for their Docupak service and 3-day delivery. Docupak is for small items with total weight to 5 pounds.

For 3-day service and upwards of 5-pounds thats pretty decent.
