Shipping to a P.O. Box

Buyer went to pay for a purchase and apparently she is getting an error message that I don't ship to P.O. boxes.  News to me.  How can I change this?

Is that part checked off by mistake on your sell your item form? If so, unchecking it might help. Or, put the buyer on your exception list.

If they have already bought the item but just not paid for it, you can send them an invoice through paypal.

Have a look at

My eBay -> Account -> Site Preferences -> Shipping Preferences -> Exclude shipping locations from your listings -> Edit

Below the regional blocks is a check box for PO Boxes, make sure it's unchecked.

If this setting is ok then it may be set only at the item level as PJ mentioned.
