Shopping.com How did that happen?

Hi Everyone,

I'm just a bit confused here. Nothing new! I just finished reading the announcment from eBay.com that says:

Some Shopping.com listings appeared accidentally on eBay.com over the past two days. This system issue has been resolved. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience this may have caused.

How would this have happened?

You do understand what shopping.com is and who owns it?

Actually, that was the first I had heard of it. But, I'm sure that eBay owns it. I'm just wondering how did THEIR listings appear on eBay.com????? It had to have been one major glitch.

There's been some talk of some sort of integration of the Shopping/eBay listings. I don't know any of the details but it looks like somebody was doing some testing and left a door open.

Yes, eBay bought Shopping.com a year or so ago.
