I thought I would start a string of brilliant buyer requests and comments that everyone can contribute.

Feel free to add your great buyer questions or comments.

Here is a question I recieved from a buyer.

Dear fitzheuen_palms_and_pdas,

Will you take $50.00 for this? Your competitor is selling them for less.

Response

Thanks for the offer but we are not interested in selling for less that what we have this listed as we do not have a best offer on this item. We suggest that you purchase this from our competitor if they offer a better deal. Thanks for the email.

How about this one:

Question: Can you take a cheque for my purchase, my Paypal account is locked and I can't access it.

Response: I see you have 300 listings for sale right now, all of which say you accept Paypal as payment. How can your account be locked, preventing you from paying me, yet you are still able to accept Paypal payments??

Here's another one: A buyer sent us a picture of a pda motherboard with the query could we decifer what unit it was from.

Response: It is from an older 2 or 8 meg casio model.

We figure it is a model yo-10 or an oz-10 looking at the screen and board setup.

His reply to our answer: Ok are you able to narrow down as to which model it is? I am interested in a couple.

LOL... Oh yes there is! I handle the response to the "brain farts" a little different and some have resulted in sales.
I don't believe the slogan, "The customer is always right" either. Some of the time..... maybe.
