Small Packet Air Problems, anyone else?

I ship many of these, I shipped some around DEc 15 / 16 and still have not delivered to the USA , needless to say, I have many piss*** customers. Anyone else having problems?

I have the same problem. SP sent to US around Dec 10, still not delivered.

Some problems for me too.

However, 1 item sent Dec. 14 got delivered yesterday.

I shipped 6 packages on the 15th/16th December as of today three have not been delivered, Absolutely annoying

I have 6 missing small packets from December 15th.

Make that 4 undelivered, my customers are very unhappy, of course money has to be refunded, and now I have to wait 45 days before I can make any claim from the cpo. I think they should make an exception and carry out an immediate inestigation, as we could just be the tip of the iceberg for what could be some major problem. I have only had one package ever go missing and that was a couple of years ago to Australia, any advise out there

I currently have 3 new Paypal claims for packages sent on Dec. 6 and Dec. 9.

1 to the UK
1 to Portugal (probably stuck at Customs)
1 to the US

Ok believe it or not , we are now up to 5 out 6 packages sent by small packet air on the 16th of December, undelivered.
There is a problem somewhere,

I have 2 sent to USA, on Dec 14th, not received yet

Delayed shipping to USA has been a real nightmare. I had one package mailed Dec.5 delivered on Jan.12th.

On the flip side, money order mailed to me from USA took 24 days to arrive.

I have two whole shipments missing...my Dec 5th shipment and my Dec 16th shipment affecting over 50 customers. It is a nightmare. I called Canada Post with whom I spend over $1000 shipping every month...and I am getting no where. I have been a seller for almost four years and I have never experienced this.

Thi situation IS extemely unusual (see other thread for my post on Dec. 5 & 15).

Blame USPS / US Customs.
