Always look under Shipping and Handling for the actual cost to your country. We see this a lot, because most Canadian buyers actually bid on the USA site and are flabbergasted to learn that the American seller won't ship internationally for free. Stunned, actually. (Which has a very 'special' meaning in Canadian slang.)
So go look at the S&H tab and see what it says. If it says that buyers from Hungary should contact the seller for shipping rates before buying, then by not doing that, you effectively agreed to anything the seller believes is a fair charge.
And $10 to ship that thingy from Japan to Hungary feels like a terrific deal!
