Some of your listings are in French and some in English.
Are you able to set up your listings to be bilingual side by side?
While many francophones are bilingual, unilingual anglophones are (to be polite) turned off by French language listings.
Side by each is just a corn flakes box. If it's good enough for Kellogg's , it good enough for me.
What do you want to do with your subscribers? I have a couple of dozen, but I've never bothered to send out emails to them.
Have you considered putting a (bilingual) flyer in each parcel you ship, encouraging them to subscribe to your emails? Are your items the kind of thing that people buy constantly (like scrapbook supplies or stamps)?
