TRS discount

Three months ago, eBay told me my TRS status in the US was at risk. It didn't bother me that much, because I always thought that the discount was given based on my worldwide sales, and I meet ALL the requirements for those.

 

However, three months later, my dashboard indicate that I do not qualify for the discount anymore... what? Has it changed? Do we need to be a TRS worldwide AND in the US to get the discount now?

Both. I tried posting a screencap, but it says "The contents of the attachment doesn't match its file type". I don't understand, it's just a jpg file. I also tried a Word file and got the same message.

Is there any indication of any problems why you have lost your TRS status?  Any low DSRs in the last few months?

Good... it worked... partially. It's much smaller than my file, but at least it's a start. Here's the other screencap.

Your screenshot shows you do have TRS status (as of October 20th).

 

The 0% shown applies to last month's invoice.  Were you TRS in the September 20th review?

No indication at all. My average is 5, 4.98, 4.97 and 4.97 and no low ratings.

 

Edit: yes, I got the discount in september. I had it for more than a year now...

Two possibilities:

 

1) the 0% shows in error and you will get the 20% TRS rebate on your next invoice

 

2) there is an unseen problem somewhere

 

You can:

 

1) wait until the next eBay invoice and see if you get your 20% rebate

 

2) contact eBay's "customer support" and hope to find an agent who really understands your problem as a Canadian seller.  Most seem to understand TRS as it applies to eBay.com (requires tracking) and American sellers only.
