Technical issues with shipping policy when trying to relist. Called Ebay four times with no success

I have been trying for ten days to relist an item that didn't sell.  I keep getting a message saying that I need to select a shipping policy (been there, done that), I've been on the phone with four different Ebay employees and none of them can figure it out.  Was told to create a new shipping policy, didn't work.  Told to list the item as a new listing, no luck, same problem.  Ebay seems to be refusing to consider this a technical issue on the site.  Any one have this problem or any bright ideas that Ebay hasn't already suggested?

Hi,

I had a similar problem

I phoned and with the help of the eBay employee

we "opted out" of the Business Polices in Preferences.

Within 24 hours after everything was reset,

the problem cleared up.

Hi,

 

We have not opted back in to any of the Business Policies.

When we opted out of the Polices,

our information was returned to the same position as we had  before

we updated Turbo Lister and the Business Polices were installed in the updates.
