The destination postal code and province mismatch error message

i live in Canada,im getting this error message when im trying to print the shipping label.This is the buyer shipping address .i have tryed printing the label from paypal site directly aswell

Does this buyer have lots of feedback?  If so, perhaps their user name is known at the Post Ofice.  If not, message them and ask if they have successfully received things addressed to the "name" given, and ask for their name.

The zip code seems to be ok - it is for general delivery at the post office.  The buyer perhaps asks for mail under this ID.

Make sure the USA state is set to AS (american samoa)
