Hi .. Here's the big picture.. have 45 days to file claims for items not received under Buyer Protection..

Credit card is a plus ,should anything go wrong with PayPal, with chargeback rights.

It is XMAS and may be away. Not all sellers buy labels through ebay or remember to mark as shipped. Doesn't necessarily mean seller has not shipped.

PS.. Read listings carefully. I see a non operating Mauser rifle. Seller ad included..SORRY NO INTERNATIONAL SALES PER EBAY REGULATIONS

Even if seller ships, importing guns/parts into Canada are regulation complicated/ problematic and may become an issue at Customs.

If he shipped it, and it is likely he did, the gun would be seized at customs anyway.

A week is nothing, especially since in the past week, USPS and Canada Post (to say nothing of CBSA) have been closed for four of them.

An ordinary parcel will take nine to 20 working days to travel from the USA to pretty well anywhere in Canada.

More likely, the seller noticed your address, and decided to skip the hassle. You may get your refund after the New Year.
