Paypal transferred $ 600 out of my bank account, then reversed it the same day but now I have an NSF for $ 45.00 !   do you think Paypal will give my money back ?

It depends on why PayPal was trying to transfer $600 from your bank account.

Have you signed on to your account to see what the details are?

In case you've been hacked: Check your computer for malware and change your password for PayPal.

After hours of sitting on hold someone from the paypal fraud team informed me that someone got into my online banking, used my name to make a fake paypal account 6 days ago and tried to transfer the $ 600 into it. whoever they are they're going to be prosecuted, I'm getting a new bank account, also my bank reversed the NSF charge, so not so bad. my paypal account showed none of this activity at all.
