Trademark violation

MC019 trademark violation. My listings were removed by ebay because apparently the rights owner claimed them to be counterfeit. My items are not counterfeit, I bought them at a "Lia Sophia" home jewellry party and they are from my own jewellry box.  I was told by ebay that if I relist these 4 items my account will be suspended. So after being a loyal ebay buyer and seller with 100% positive feedback I have threathened and been told I am a thief while only trying to sell some of my jewellry. Is that not what ebay is all about.
